作为金融市场的三个组成部分之一，Capital Market 是指期限在一年以上各种资金借贷和证券交易的场所。进行长期资本交易的市场。长期资本指还款期限超过一年、用于固定资产投资的公司债务和股东权益——股票。另一方面，作为银行重要利润来源之一，Commercial/Corporate Banking通过为企业客户提供融资，现金流管理，风险控制等专业产品，为客户量身订做完整的金融解决方案，以此为银行获取丰厚利润。这也要求银行的Commercial/Corporate Banking部门与客户建立良好的长期关系，精通各种金融知识，能为客户复杂的财务问题提供最适合的解决方案。最难能可贵的是Michael在Commercial/Corporate Banking中积累的实战经验会为这次讲座提供一个独特的视角，将就金融才俊们关注的Capital Markets, Commercial/Corporate Banking, Deal Structuring等方面进行深入的讨论。

Speaker’s Bio:
Michael Wang
Vice President of National Client Group
Royal Bank of Canada
Prior to earning his MBA degree from Queen’s University, Michael had extensive industrial experience as a Senior Product Manager in Ericsson Ltd. Sweden & China. After moved to Canada, he was employed in Psion Teklogix as Global Strategy Manager.
Michael joined Royal Bank of Canada in 2006 as a senior research analyst. Because of his exceptional performance, he was promoted to Associate and subsequently to Vice President in 2011 in the National Client Group of RBC Commercial Banking.
