NHC has a group of advisers who provide fully support to this organization to help more young people pursing their job and acquire more industrial knowledge.

David Hao

David joined TD Asset Management in July 2013 with 2 years of experience in equities, high yield and investment grade fixed income at Manulife Financial. After 16 months as a member of the Investment Grade Credit Research Team, David joined the international active equity team as the primary analyst for companies within the global utilities, energy, and materials sectors.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder and is an active adviser in many events in NHC.

Larry Dong

Larry connects business with fund, management with know-how and

job seekers with opportunities. He works at Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), a crown corporation dedicated to entrepreneurs. With past experience in commercial lending and MBA from Schulich School of Business, Larry continues to support the growth of Canadian businesses with advisory and money.

In NHC, Larry contributed to the Career Development Series and Distinguished Speakers’ Series since 2013. He chaired the Planning Committee of NHC Gala in 2015.

Betty Li

Betty holds Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto with high distinction, now works at CIBC as a Financial Services Representative. Specializing in Finance and Economics in Rotman Commerce, Betty was named on the Dean’s List, and awarded the U of T Scholar Entrance Scholarship and the Howard Ferguson Scholarship in all four academic years. With strong learning capacity, Betty has accumulated extensive knowledge in different areas, such as financial products, human resources and economic principles. Betty currently engages in retail banking, providing professional financial advice and solutions to the public, which includes the dealing of mutual funds and lending products.

For the past two years, she has been an active contributor to NHC.

Ava Huang

Ava holds a Master of International Business Degree from Queen’s University, and Bachelor of Environment and Business Degree from University of Waterloo. With over 2 and half years’ experience in financial services and retail banking industry, Ava is also mastered in helping client to achieve their financial goals through investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning and credit planning.

Currently, Ava is a Senior Financial Advisor for CIBC Imperial Service, mainly responsible for helping high value clients with their day to day banking, investment and credit needs.

Ava is an active adviser in NHC Retail Banking Workshops and provides lots of support to attendee.
