Speaker’s Biography

Allen Yao, CPA, CA, CFA, CIRP

Allen is a Vice President in EY’s Restructuring practice with over 10 years of experience dealing with corporate restructuring and corporate finance matters. Allen has led and executed a broad range of Canadian and cross-boarder restructuring and corporate finance engagements. He has a track record in helping debtors, lenders, investors and other stakeholders achieve their strategic and financial goals in distressed situations. Allen also serves on the Commercial Program Committee of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).
