Rebecca has over 10 years of experience instrategy, corporate finance and principal investment in Hong Kong, China, US and Canada. She is currently the Director,
Strategy and Corporate Developmentat CIBC where she and her team evaluate and execute mergers & acquisitions,divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic-initiative activities to support CIBC’s growth objectives.
She has a strong interest in community services and maintains involvement in a number of organizations. She is a member of the BoD of the Multiple Sclerosis Society Toronto Chapter and an Advisor with Collaboration Partners which provides pro bono consulting services to non-profit organizations. She is also a member of the Continuing Education Committee of CICBV (Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators).Rebecca holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator.
